We are your HR resource, we provide support for employment matters from absences to serious misconduct, we provide best practise advice and guidance from employment legislation. We understand your operation, your challenges and we help you navigate some of those tough conversations. We also love doing the nice stuff too like developing performance review frameworks.
employment agreements
It’s pretty simple, you have to have them; it’s the law. What isn’t so straight forward is what type of employment agreement suits your situation and what clauses you should include in that agreement. Individual Employment Agreements are one hr policy you need to get right.
